Boat Liner

Flying boat/cruise liner feasible?

A random thought occurred to me earlier today: would it be feasible to build a flying boat that served a similar role as a cruise liner? Just a quick glance around google shows the H-4 Hercules being the largest airplane constructed (roughly 250 feet long) whereas even small cruise ships are around 500-600 feet long. The benefit of this hybrid would be less days at sea and more time at more ports.

Because of the mammoth size of something like this (at least double the Hercules) is it something that is even technologically possible currently?
