Why are TCU & Boise State playing in the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl?

At the bottom of this link it says which conference champion will automatically enter the bowl game. (Sugar Bowl, Rose Bowl, Orange Bowl, & the Fiesta Bowl).
It says the the champion of the Big 12 will enter the Fiesta Bowl, since Texas won, but they’re ranked #2 so they automatically enter the BCS National Championship game, but why didn’t the runner up enter the Fiesta Bowl?
because the “Bowl Selection,” prossess is screwed up now we are going to have at least 2 teams that go threw a season perfect and have to listen to a entire offseason off the BCS debate instead of college football news, i mean if it would have been…
1.Iowa/or GT vs. Boise (orange bowl)
2.Iowa/or GT vs. TCU (Fiesta bowl)
and when Florida beats cincy. and Boise and TCU Loseing there would have been one perfect team with either TX or AL. and noone would want to talk about the MAC, WAC or any other ACK… confrence just because once in a while these teams manage to accidently win big games does not mean they belong, every one talks about Utah last year and Boise vs. Oklahoma. and says they belong, but what about Hawaii vs. Georgia or the other 100+ years in college football, just because you have been good for 5 years does not make you legit….
