Coffee Canister
Why does my Food saver canister loose it’s seal when I put my coffee grounds in it?
Seals fine other wise
The best answer I can think of, is because you put the grounds in while they are still hot which creates steam thus increasing the pressure of steam inside the closed container and it will push up the lid.
By the way Coffee by-products can be used in the garden
Sprinkle used grounds around plants before rain or watering, for a slow-release nitrogen
Mix into soil for houseplants or new vegetable beds
Used coffee grounds for composting and fertilizer.
It’s a wonderful way to reduce waste and very effective.
