how long does standard royal mail standard post take on a sunday?
It can take the same time as any other day. Other people here have said Royal Mail does nothing on a Sunday, but I am a Royal Mail employee, and I used to work Sundays.
The problem for you is that there is no collections or deliveries on a Sunday. There are sorting and network operations on a Sunday, meaning items already in the network are being processed and moved around the country, but if you post something in a post box on a Sunday, it won’t get picked up until Monday. However, if you post something first class on Saturday morning, before the last collection, it will be in the delivery on Monday.

She was the first Canadian naval unit to carry this name. Yukon was laid down on 25 October 1959 at Burrard Dry Dock Ltd., North Vancouver and launched on 27 July 1961. She was commissioned into the RCN on 25 May 1963. She was assigned to the Pacific Fleet and served largely as a training ship with the RCN and later in the CF under Maritime Forces Pacific (MARPAC). She underwent the Destroyer LifeExtension Project (DELEX) in 1983. She was decommissioned from Maritime Command on 31 July 1992. She was gutted and cleaned before being scuttled in 100 feet of water in the Pacific Ocean off Mission Bay in San Diego as an artificial reef.
