Is anyone selling cheap Vintage cup & saucers please?

Honestly, the best places to look are thrift stores. You can also try Craigslist and Freecycle, but going to thrift stores gives you the fun of shopping and actually seeing the merchandise right away.

My husband and I found antique, platinum-rimmed china at our local thrift store. We found lots of pieces in two complementary patterns (same maker), so we ended up with really nice china for the wedding and for use after. When it became too much of a pain to take care of properly (the platinum can’t go in the microwave or the dishwasher), I went back to the same thrift store and got a full set of gorgeous Mikasa for about $30.00.

I collect teacups and saucers, and I can sometimes find them there for $1.00. If you know anything about antique cups and saucers, even the ones with decal decorations or transfer printing go for more than that in antique shops; it’s unheard of to find a hand-painted pair priced that low, but I have.
